You should be able to provide specific details to support your belief that the act(s) occurred because of religion, race, color, national origin, age, sex, height, weight, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, or arrest record.

The alleged discriminatory act(s) occurred in Indiana.

The act(s) of alleged discrimination must have occurred within the past 180 days.
Please be sure to provide details regarding the incident and involved parties, including the date , location, witnesses, steps or action taken to date. Once received, your complaint will be processed and reviewed by our Legal Redress team who will determine if your complaint meets the criteria of a civil rights complaint.
