Submit Testimony to the Indianapolis NAACP on Predatory Ticketing & Racial Discrimination 

The Greater Indianapolis NAACP Branch #3053 is seeking public testimony related to predatory ticketing practices by police in Hamilton County, Indiana, and racial discrimination within Westfield Washington Schools. If you have evidence relating to either of these issues, please submit your testimony to the branch via this Google Form.

Mission

 

The Legal Redress Committee is responsible for: (1) investigating all reported incidents submitted to the Branch; (2)  providing assistance to Indianapolis residents seeking relief for discriminatory acts;  (3) supervising all litigation in which the Branch has involvement: and (4) keeping the national office and the branch informed on the progress of every case in which the Branch is a litigant.  

 

The Committee does not offer legal advice or legal representation.  The Committee serves as a liaison between individuals needing help and organizations offering quality legal services in the Indianapolis community.  If you are in need of immediate legal assistance, please contact a local attorney.
