The Greater Indianapolis NAACP Branch #3053 is seeking public testimony related to predatory ticketing practices by police in Hamilton County, Indiana, and racial discrimination within Westfield Washington Schools. Mission
The Legal Redress Committee is responsible for: (1) investigating all reported incidents submitted to the Branch; (2) providing assistance to Indianapolis residents seeking relief for discriminatory acts; (3) supervising all litigation in which the Branch has involvement: and (4) keeping the national office and the branch informed on the progress of every case in which the Branch is a litigant.
